Peyman Pardis
Chief Operating Officer, Canada, Kraken Canada. Peyman is the COO and Country Director for Kraken Canada, leading the operational, regulatory, and growth behind Canada's most trusted crypto platform. He made the move into digital assets after more than 15 years in traditional finance, guiding Canada's largest banks, asset managers, and pension funds through complex strategic decisions and transformations. That background gives him a rare vantage point on the questions the industry keeps wrestling with: how to build trust, work with regulators, and bring digital assets (and the underlying infrastructure) into the mainstream.
