Queena Cheung is Chief Strategy and Digital Officer for Marsh’s Captive Solutions team, where she leads a multidisciplinary organization spanning strategy, AI, data, execution, and finance. She shapes the team’s strategic direction, advances AI-driven innovation, and leads transformation that drives growth, operational excellence, and client value. Queena is the strategist behind the development and launch of ReadyCell and Captive Companion, the first two AI-powered solutions for the captive market, helping bring practical AI innovation to the industry. Captive Companion enables clients to unlock greater value from their captive programs through faster access to insights, reduced administrative burden, and more informed decisions around performance, strategy, and capital optimization. She joined Marsh in 2018 after roles in banking, where she led firmwide risk-control and transformation programs. Combining strong academic grounding with deep industry experience, Queena develops strategies that are technically sound, commercially viable, and human-centered. A frequent keynote speaker and panelist, she shares insights on the future of insurance, strategy, growth, and the practical application of AI.
