CEO, Flo100. Simba Wakatama is the Founder and CEO of Flo100, which puts enterprise brands in front of senior decision-makers in person, on demand. Flo100 designs and runs curated, invitation-only executive gatherings, powered by its own enrichment and matching engine, for clients including Float Financial, Airwallex, Employment Hero (which acquired Humi) and Welch LLP. Named to The Peak's 2026 Emerging Leaders list in Entrepreneurship and profiled as a Titan of Toronto in Laps of Luxe Magazine. Simba previously helped build Toronto's scale-up ecosystem at OneEleven. He sits on the board of BGC East Scarborough, part of one of Canada's largest children's charities, judges the 2026 Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, and holds a mechanical engineering degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
